  • Utilize props in your workspace to perform some postures

Meditation Break Wellness Workshop

1 hour for $75

An introduction on how to effectively “quiet your mind” better known as Meditation. Mindfulness techniques will be shared and explored in simple and practical steps with guided visualization and other relaxation techniques. You will gain a better understanding of how easy yet essential it is to meditate regularly to enhance your physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

You will learn how to:

  • Quiet your mind and replenish your energy
  • Ease tension and put things in perspective to support you
  • Calm your mind so you can focus more clearly
  • Soothe yourself back to your natural state of wellbeing

Stress Release Wellness Workshop

1 hour for $75

Participants will learn a set formula that can be implemented immediately to decrease worry and stress and increase clarity and vitality. Physical postures and relaxation exercises will be incorporated in this 1 hour fun-based workshop.

You will learn how to:

  • Improve your mood and attitude in challenging situations
  • Invigorate and energize with warrior poses
  • Quiet your mind and restore your energy
  • Set a routine that you can easily follow daily using 3 simple steps
