Beginner/Intermediate Yoga

Ideal for the experienced practitioner as well as those new to yoga and eager to learn with no major health issues.

This class provides Invigorating sequences (vinyasa), calming pranayama, and enlightening meditation. It sharpens your awareness of the abundance of Wellbeing within you and all around you.

Enrol in this series and you will learn how to:

  • Execute each pose with confidence
  • Restore your energy with simple mindful practices and breathing techniques
  • Utilize key tools for successful alignment
  • Effortlessly transition in vinyasa (flowing sequences)

Chair Yoga

$17/class; 20% Off for Seniors (55+) and Students

Pay for 10 weeks ($160/$16) for a discounted rate.

Available online only. Mondays, 5pm – 6:15pm

Ideal for seniors and people with limited mobility and injuries. Gentle postures performed utilizing chairs and other props. Basic breathing and relaxation techniques introduced.

You will learn how to:

  • Let go of tension and alleviate physical discomfort
  • Breathe utilizing the whole diaphragm
  • Stimulate and strengthen the systems of the body
  • Improve your balance and coordination

Gentle Yoga

$17/class; 20% Off for Seniors (55+) and Students

Pay for 10 weeks ($160/$16) for a discounted rate.

Available online only. Fridays, 5pm – 6:15pm

A gentle practice suitable for all levels, ideal if you have chronic health issues. Verbal and visual posture modification, contraindications and benefits of poses will be provided. Meditation and Pranayama (breathing) processes explored and practiced to nourish the physical and emotional bodies.

You will learn how to:

  • Quiet your mind
  • Breathe and strengthen the nervous system
  • Execute and modify poses to support your body type utilizing yoga props
  • Meditate and utilize guided visualization to achieve wellbeing

Restorative Yoga


Pre-register for full series and pay $20/class.
Available by appointment only in private or group settings.

A wonderful supportive and rejuvenative practice introducing restorative poses to deeply relax muscles, joints and mind. Especially beneficial to enhance healing. Each class incorporates gentle and invigorating poses, blended with reflective and restorative practice utilizing yoga props.

You will learn how to:

  • Quiet your mind
  • Change your breathing pattern to stimulate and revitalize the systems of the body
  • Revitalize and strengthen joints, muscles, tissues and ligaments of the body
  • Effectively make modifications to support your unique body by utilizing props to support you
